it comes to fueling its mowers with raw power.
Propane
and diesel models are now available in both 60- and 72-inch
cutting widths so you can mow just as fast, without the
gas!
The
LP3000 is the first production LP gas-powered mower in the
industry. It features a 990cc Generac engine built specially
for Dixie Chopper and designed to burn propane without losing
power or compression.
If diesel
is your fuel of choice, Dixie Chopper also offers a 35-horsepower
Yanmar diesel engine in both 60- and 72-inch deck units
as further alternate power options. |

| The
new Dixie Chopper Xcaliber XC3300-74 is a lawn mower fit for
a king—and it ought to be. It’s the first mower
in the King Arthur (Art Evans, that is...) signature series.
The
Xcaliber features a new 74-inch cutting deck with enhanced
overlap for improved quality of cut.
But
that’s just one of the upgrades Dixie Chopper founder/owner
Art Evans has been perfecting the past couple of years.
There’s
a new motorcycle-style front tire to provide a better ride
and a new taller designed rear tire that offers additional
ground clearance. And the deck lift height control has been
shifted over more comfortably to the right foot, while new
adjustable deck rollers have been added.
All
operator controls are now within easy reach, including a
redesigned OCDC and even a 12-volt accessory plug for your
cellphone or iPod®.
Besides
a 33-horsepower Generac engine, the Xcaliber is built with
