RACE-BRED AND PROVEN
What we know, we've learned on the racetrack. Our chassis have proven themselves race-in and race-out on the ISOC circuit. The race chassis and suspension configurations led to the development of our ProCross™ chassis. This year, the ProCross chassis has definitely led the charge on the racetrack. While our Pro Climb™ chassis has dominated in the mountains.
2 PIECES = 1 STRONG TUNNEL
With the two-piece tunnel design, the inner and outer formed shells and boxed support structure add amazing strength, yet reduce weight.
TRIANGULATED UPPER SPAR ASSEMBLY
The triangulated design increases rigidity with incredible strength and reduced weight. While the shock angle distributes trail force to the mega-strong triangulated spars.
TAPERED TUNNEL DESIGN
The tapered design gives the rider better leg positioning for both stand-up and sit-down riding styles. Large running board cutouts clear out snow, and easy foot movement on the running boards allows you to do your thing.

ARCTIC RACE SUSPENSION
The wide A-arm spacing reduces leverage on the upper A-arm, allowing the use of lighter components to reduce overall weight and lower the center of gravity.
EATS UP BUMPS
The front shocks are strategically aligned with the front spars to transfer the impact force to the upper spar assembly - the strongest point of chassis. This almost eliminates body flex and provides a smooth, comfortable ride.
The pure, unbridled ProCross RR features the exact same suspension and calibration as the Sno-Pro 600 Cross-Country race sleds. Advanced high-speed bump control. FOX reservoir-mounted front and rear arm shocks. Front arm shock compression adjuster. Newly designed high flow piggyback rear shock with rebound adjust. And front FOX Evol™ shocks provide a much stiffer feel.

TORQUE CONTROL LINK
The torque control link connects the engine with a Jackshaft, providing a rigid connected of the drive and driven clutches. This rigid connection maintains perfect belt tension and alignment, resulting in a longer belt life. Rubber mounted for adequate vibration dissipation. While keeping the system in perfect alignment.
ARCTIC DRIVE SYSTEM™
The chaincase dresign is lighter and more tunable. Its made of magnesium, which is light, yet durable. It allows for a larger driven clutch distance, resulting in a better belt performance.
